Individual therapy offers you a safe and confidential space to process pain, stress, or experiences impacting your daily life. We'll work to lower your distress, discover your strengths, and build your coping strategies.
During sessions, I'll utilize various treatment methods, such as EMDR and DBT, depending on your needs, preferences, and goals. While I'll provide feedback and support throughout treatment, I also firmly believe that you and I are collaborators.
