You might be here because you feel trapped by the trauma you’ve survived. And, it’s difficult to be present in your daily life when you’re frequently overwhelmed by fear, anger, and shame. Or, maybe you’re in a constant struggle with self-doubt, low self-esteem, and deep isolation.
Memories may haunt you, causing nightmares and flashbacks that rekindle the pain you've endured. You might be grappling with a range of complex emotions and a desire to regain control over your life.
Wherever you are in your journey, you’re not alone. There’s hope.
Trauma therapy provides a safe space for you to find support and process your pain, emotions, thoughts, and beliefs. We’ll work together to reduce distressing symptoms and strengthen your coping strategies and emotional regulation.
I’ll offer feedback and guidance while continuing to honor your strength and personal autonomy. During sessions, we’ll examine patterns and relationships and identify changes you want to see in your life. No matter what kind of abuse or violence you’ve experienced, I’ll be here beside you. I’ve lived through and seen a lot in my time here on Earth, you don’t have to worry about scaring me away.
My hope is that through our work together in time, you’ll reclaim your power, rewrite your narrative, and find a path toward renewal and resilience.
